Harris® PowerSmart™ Technology

PowerSmart™ technology is the Harris design initiative to create the most efficient transmitter designs and products. Harris leverages the most sophisticated tools such as Real-Time Adaptive Correction (RTAC), the most advanced LDMOS solid state solutions, and other Harris technologies to develop cost-, energy- and space-efficient solutions.

PowerSmart technology has been integrated into the architecture of the Maxiva ULX liquid-cooled and Maxiva UAX air-cooled UHF transmitters. It is also an integral part of the DMB 670 multimedia transmitter design. The application of this advanced technology has made Harris transmission platforms best-in-class in terms of power output and operating efficiency.
