What if I need a quote held firm for more than 30 days?
To request that the validity period of an existing quote be extended beyond the usual 30 days, you may contact your regional sales manager (RSM), Inside Sales team or the Ecommerce Customer Administrator.
I need a quote prepared for a special project. Who can create a quote for me?
Your RSM or the Inside Sales team (insidesales@harris.com) are best equipped to configure special project quotes. Your Ecommerce Customer Administrator can help direct you to the right person.
Today I receive my quotes from your insides sales or RSM by email. How will I receive them in the future? Does it have to be through the Ecommerce portal?
You may choose to receive quotes from your Harris representatives in whatever form you wish. For example, in addition to receiving them via email, you could also ask that a quote be shared through the Ecommerce portal at any time – now or in the future. Our quotes are almost always kept on file indefinitely, and your Harris regional sales manager or sales specialist can update and share a quote with you at any time.

Either your RSM or the Inside Sales team (insidesales@harris.com) are best equipped to handle questions about our products and services. If specialist product knowledge is required, they can put you in touch with the right specialist. Your Ecommerce Customer Administrator can also help direct your query to the right person.

I have a conventional PO but would like to submit this as an Ecommerce order so I can receive email alerts of the status of my orders. Can I upload my PO?
We will be releasing new functionality soon that will allow our partners to import spreadsheet containing a list of part numbers and quantities. The system will automatically convert this information into a quote that can then be submitted as an order. In the meantime, you can email your order to your Ecommerce Customer Administrator. We will create the quote for you and will let you know as soon as the quote is ready for you to submit as an order online.
