Welcome to the first edition of the new Harris Automation Newsletter. In the year or so since I rejoined Harris Software Systems, it has become clear that we have not done everything possible to keep you current on all of the significant advances made to our ADC™ and D-Series™ automation products. The purpose of this quarterly newsletter is to provide you with useable information on many of the new features and applications for these industry-leading systems -- in addition to providing insight into automation trends and Harris customer activities.

The industry is in a period of rapid change, with broadcasters needing to react quickly to emerging business models, new technologies and diverse methods of distribution. Timely notification about the latest advances in Harris automation products will allow you to more effectively plan for the challenges of our changing industry.
